It should work. At least I have used my BOSS ME-25 pedalboard with my Line6 Amplifi(digital modeling-amp). But I have sold that pedal already, so I can’t test it with this Mustang. But Fender Mustang LT25 has so many pedal options build in or in Fender Tone app, that I see almost no reason to use pedals with this amp.
