Do you need your own pony? No. We run a Centre Membership Scheme at Pony Club centres, which allows members without a horse or pony to enjoy all the benefits of membership. Pony Club centres are approved riding schools or equestrian centres, which are linked to the Pony Club.
What do you need for Pony Club?
Everyday riding clothes

What do you do in Pony Club?
Riding. The Pony Club offers nine different sports, more than any other equestrian organisation! As well as the Olympic sports of Show Jumping, Dressage and Eventing, you can also take part in the fast-paced Mounted Games, Polocrosse and many more!
When should a beginner buy a horse?

What should I wear to The Pony Club test?
You should wear a tweed jacket, with Pony Club badge and felt on the left lapel. Shirt and Pony Club tie. Gloves, correctly fitted body protector for jumping, medical armband, Jodhpur boots and half chaps. Jodphurs can be cream or beige.
How often do pony clubs meet?

The Committee usually meets once a month from September to June. Officers are usually chosen from the committee and serve for three years approx. An AGM is held in November which an adult representing each family is asked to attend.
What do you wear to a Pony Club show?
Rider Attire – Pony Ring- pale shirt, jacket and tie, light coloured jodhpurs, HELMET, jodhpur boots, gloves (if you have any) string back, leather grips the same colour as your jodhpurs, for girls – hairnet or plait. Hack Ring – same as for Pony but long boots.
Can you buy a horse with no experience?
