Adding files to the Accessport:
- On the Right hand side of Accessport Manager select “Import File(s) to Accessport”
- Choose the file you wish to put onto your Accessport.
- Click “Open” and your file will be moved over onto your Accessport.

- Drag a map from the map search results list directly to the Accessport.

How does an access port work?
An access port is a connection on a switch that transmits data to and from a specific VLAN. Because an access port is only assigned to a single VLAN, it sends and receives frames that aren’t tagged and only have the access VLAN value. This doesn’t cause signal issues because the frames remain within the same VLAN.
