What Is A Cobb For Car?

The Cobb Accessport connects to the car’s ECU, and re-programs it with new parameters so that the ECU has its full functionality (or more) as the car did with the factory ROM on the ECU. This is not just a device that interrupts sensor input as it is heading to the ECU and adjusts them.
