While using the Cobb AccessPort shouldn’t void your warranty, the manufacturer could deny certain claims. Plugging in a Cobb Accessport is unlikely to cause any damage, but any major modifications made to the ECU could damage the system.
Does Cobb Tuning void warranty Ford?

Cobb accessport will give approx 25+ hp and 14+ torque. The cold air intake from cobb will not give any more hp gains but will give the intake some noises and make the car seem faster or stronger. The stock intake is roughly good for about 400 hp.

Cobb can unmarry an AP for $325, so add that to what people charge for used married APs and there isn’t usually much value there. Married Cobbs are sold by people who forget to unmarry them before selling, or total the car or don’t want to lose the map on the car when selling it, or selling the AP.
Can you reuse a Cobb Accessport?
If an Accessport was never uninstalled from a previous vehicle, it can be re-licensed, or set to an uninstalled state. The Accessport is essentially 2 parts: the hardware to flash the vehicle and the tuning license that is installed on the car.
What happens if I lose my Cobb Accessport?
Most likely you will have to reflash your ECU back to Stock map from Cobb or Dealership and then purchase a new AP and reflash it. you should be able to buy a new cobb ap and install the tune from that new hand unit. it will over write anything on the ecu.
Will downpipes void a warranty?

About 15 hp. You get ABOUT 15 hp each from 1) Downpipes 2) Midpipe 3) Catback exhaust, totalling ~45hp.
